Don King was his usual helpful self but this time we had some bad info in the computer and it turns out that the repair work was still under a one year, 12K mile warranty (oil pressure sending unit/switch was replaced previously on 4/27/12). Anyhow, Marvin Treadway took care of the situation immediately and has authorized a check back to me by the beginning of next week - I couldn't be happier with the service and the shuttle rides and have been getting my GMC's serviced with you since I bought the 2004 Envoy new. 2001 GMC Pickup. 190,000+ miles, would not go into 4 wheel anything (auto 4, 4 Hi or 4 low), the Tech troubleshot the issue replaced the bad part and had me on the road again in just a few hours.
