Don King was his usual helpful self but this time we had some bad info in the computer and it turns out that the repair work was still under a one year, 12K mile warranty (oil pressure sending unit/switch was replaced previously on 4/27/12). Anyhow, Marvin Treadway took care of the situation immediately and has authorized a check back to me by the beginning of next week - I couldn't be happier with the service and the shuttle rides and have been getting my GMC's serviced with you since I bought the 2004 Envoy new.
